STEP 01

 

booking your session

Head over to my Online Booking link & pick an available day & time that works for you.


Fill in your contact information & a short questionnaire that will help me personalize your session. It only takes a few minutes, and it helps me get to know you & what your vision is a little better!


Pay a nonrefundable deposit to confirm your session & hold your booking.

 

The Extras

STEP 02

Once you've paid the retainer, you'll receive a quote at whichever email address you used on which you can decide if you'd like additional hours, people or pets included, photos, etc (listed on the FAQ page). Keep in mind, extra people is just additional participants in the photo session, not an additional photographer.


Once completed, you'll receive an updated invoice, and the remaining balance will be due at the time of your session.


If you have any inspiration shots, feel free to send them my way or bring them with you on photo day!

STEP 03

 

Picture time

The big day is really all about having fun & capturing your natural moments. I mix posed shots with natural & candid ones so that you have a range of professionally edited photos upon delivery. That way, no matter what your vibe may be, you have something that your personality can shine through.


I'll guide you with prompts and poses so that things stay as relaxed and enjoyable & positive, and everyone will know what to do with their hands. The best shots are the most authentic, and I'll be there to capture as many as possible.


If you chose to add on any Polaroid photos when you booked, you'll get to take those home with you. Otherwise, sit back and relax while you wait for me to edit and deliver your photos.

 

Delivering photos

STEP 04

 

Once the edits are complete, you'll receive a link to your personal online gallery. Here, you'll be able to view, share, and download your images as well as a complimentary slideshow.


If you're interested in physical copies, you have the ability to order professional-quality prints, albums, and keepsakes directly from the Gallery.

When you book a wedding package...

Once completed, you'll receive an updated invoice, and the remaining balance will be due at the time of your session.


If you're planning a Destination Wedding I can absolutely accommodate that, just send me a message on my contact form & we can put that together.

STEP 02

consultation & engagement session

We’ll have a consultation either in person or via Zoom where we’ll discuss your vision, must have shots, and your big day so that I can tailor everything to yours & your partner’s needs for a smooth & incredible experience. I’ll also request contact information for your other vendors. That way I can collaborate with them and fine-tune every detail so that I’m there for every shot and freeze memories you may not even know you’ll have yet.This way I can walk into your wedding as a friend, rather than a stranger following you around with a camera.


If you chose the Standard, Premium, or Deluxe Wedding Packages, you'll receive a complimentary Mini Engagement Session, so we'll discuss a time & day that works for your schedule. That way you have them to put on those Wedding Announcements!!! Turnaround maximum time on those is two weeks from the date of our session.


If you’re interested in coverage at any pre-wedding events or a post wedding brunch/event we can always discuss this as well as an additional service.


I’ll reach out a few times beforehand to check in and get any updates you may have & make this as effortless as possible for you.  Weddings are incredibly stressful (I’ve been on your side of things) and I want to do everything I can to make your day as fun as it can be.


STEP 03

 

Picture time

At your wedding, I’ll be there ready to capture every moment!


I’ll have the list of shots we discussed beforehand, but you’ll see me (or you may not even see me) in the background snapping photos of all the things so that you get to be a part of everything that happened that day.


And if you need help? I’ll be there.


Everything from zipping up a dress, grabbing water from the bar, pulling you away from uncomfortable & awkward moments when I see your face do a thing, getting the groomsmen & bridesmaids together for all those photos…I’ll be keeping an eye on everything so that I can assist in any way possible.


Trust me when I say I’ve got you for every moment.  

 

Delivering photos

STEP 04

After your wedding, I’ll meticulously edit your moments so that you receive a polished gallery that reflects your love for each other and the special moments you shared with your family & friends.


Once the edits are complete, you'll receive a link to your personal online Gallery. There, you'll be able to view, share, and download your images as well as a complimentary slideshow.


If you're interested in physical copies, you have the ability to order professional-quality prints, albums, and keepsakes directly from the Gallery.


And that's it! I ask for a turnaround time of 90 days max (realistically I'm going to hyperfixate on these and you'll get them back sooner), and if you have any other questions about the process feel free to reach out and ask.
